You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including personalized or custom items, discounted products, and perishable goods. If you have any doubts about the return eligibility of a product, please contact our customer service team.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or through our customer service page. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item(s) if necessary. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your product.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Transaction charges applicable for prepaid orders. (if the order is cancelled by the customer)

Courier charges applicable for returning the product. (if the order is cancelled/returned by the customer).

Product seal should not be opened, Our team will do thorough research before approving a refund / replacement.
